Responsibilities
Supports the Busbar product line in RAK, UAE, focusing on new product introduction, manufacturing readiness, and process development. Collaborates cross-functionally to ensure scalable manufacturing processes and drives continuous improvement through Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
Requirements
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering with at least 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or industrialization. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and experience with NPDI and fabrication processes are essential.
