Responsibilities
Responsible for ensuring site-wide quality and food safety compliance, including FSSC 22000 and customer-specific standards. Manages the Quality Management System from raw material receipt to finished goods dispatch and handles customer complaint investigations.
Requirements
Requires a B.Tech in Food Technology, Microbiology, or Food Science, along with a GFSI lead auditor certification. Candidates must have 5-8 years of experience in a similar role within a medium to large FMCG manufacturing company and proficiency in SAP.
