Responsibilities

Lead the architecture, development, and delivery of internal core systems including Back Office and Salesforce. Manage Tech Leads and engineering teams to ensure system reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

Requires over 10 years of software engineering experience with at least 5 years in leadership and 2 years managing teams of 25+ people. Strong expertise in .NET, SQL, Salesforce, and AWS within a financial services or regulated industry is highly preferred.
