Responsibilities

Develop and maintain short, medium, and long-term manpower plans to optimize staff assignment and ensure regulatory compliance. Perform scenario analysis and collaborate with Finance to manage budgets and track resourcing KPIs.

Requirements

Requires expertise in Microsoft Excel and the Power Platform for data-driven decision making and process automation. Candidates need a degree with at least 1 year of experience, or 3 years of relevant experience without a degree.
