Head of Marine

The Head of Marine is responsible for full P&L accountability, overseeing underwriting performance and portfolio strategy for the Marine line of business. This includes leading decisions on complex risks, establishing underwriting guidelines, and maintaining strong relationships with brokers and clients.

Candidates must have extensive experience in Marine underwriting and a proven track record of managing P&L and portfolios. A bachelor's degree in a related field is required, along with strong leadership and technical expertise in risk assessment.
