Responsibilities
Provide direct behavioral health and wellness support to clients via telephone and chat, conducting clinical intakes and referrals. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure adherence to medical confidentiality and data protection regulations.
Requirements
Requires a Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Behavioral Health, or an equivalent Bachelor's with relevant experience. Must be professionally bilingual in English and Arabic and eligible for professional practice in the UAE.
