Crewing Manager

Leads the end-to-end crewing function for company vessels, ensuring competent and compliant staffing aligned with operational requirements. Manages third-party manning agencies, regulatory certifications, and the Learning Management System to support safe project execution.

Requires expert knowledge of marine seismic crewing structures and global offshore regulatory requirements such as STCW. Candidates must have demonstrated leadership in marine environments and the ability to travel worldwide to vessels.
