Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day 24/7 hub terminal operations to ensure safety, security, and efficient guest handling. Manage third-party suppliers and monitor key performance metrics such as NPS and on-time performance.

Requirements

Requires 5-7 years of experience in service, hospitality, airline, or retail industries with a supervisory background in a shift environment. A degree or equivalent industry experience is desired along with strong communication and leadership skills.
