Master Tailor/Workshop Leader

Oversee all tailoring departments across Miral Experiences to ensure high standards of craftsmanship and artistic quality for costume build-ups and maintenance. Lead and mentor a team of tailors while managing production timelines, quality assurance, and operational workflows.

Requires over 12 years of professional sewing experience, including at least 5 years of master-level tailoring and team management. Must possess expert skills in draping, pattern making, and the operation of industrial sewing machinery.
