Guest Service Agent

The Guest Service Agent manages the first point of contact for guests, handling check-in, check-out, and general inquiries. They coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless and positive guest experience throughout their stay.

A high school diploma is required, with hospitality qualifications and previous front office experience preferred. Proficiency in English and familiarity with Property Management Systems like Opera or Fidelio is an advantage.
