Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for customers by handling inbound and outbound calls and resolving inquiries. Maintain high service standards by recording interactions in the CRM and collaborating with internal teams for a seamless experience.
Requirements
Candidates must be UAE Nationals with a valid Family Book and hold at least a High School Diploma. Proficiency in both Arabic and English and flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays are required.
