The Director of People & Culture is responsible for shaping a thriving workplace culture and implementing innovative people strategies to drive engagement and growth. This role oversees all HR functions, including talent acquisition, organizational development, and compliance, while serving as a strategic advisor to the executive team.

Requirements

Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in HR or Business (Master's/MBA preferred) and over 10 years of progressive HR experience, including 5 years in leadership. A proven track record in cultural transformation and a strong understanding of labor laws are required.
