Responsibilities

Act as a technical advisor for Utilities and SWRO scopes during developer bid reviews and RFP preparation. Lead technical due diligence to ensure compliance with project requirements and support contract negotiations.

Requirements

Requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline and over 10 years of experience in power/water utilities or SWRO desalination. Expertise in WHO/GCC guidelines, RO membrane standards, and NFPA/API/ASME codes is required.
