Responsibilities
Lead the daily operations of the Housekeeping Department to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Manage the department's budget, recruit and develop a high-performing team, and implement safety protocols.
Requirements
Requires a minimum of 5 years of management experience in the housekeeping department of a luxury hotel or resort. Must be proficient in Property Management Systems and fluent in English with strong leadership skills.
