Responsibilities

Define and execute a 3-year operational strategy to manage end-to-end pharmaceutical and healthcare distribution while ensuring strict GDP compliance. Lead cross-functional teams to optimize warehousing, logistics, and cold chain operations to support business growth and service excellence.

Requirements

Requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 10-15+ years of experience in regulated pharmaceutical or healthcare logistics, preferably within the GCC/MENA region. Must have proven expertise in GDP regulations, ERP/WMS systems, and leading large-scale operational transformations.
