Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end marketing strategies for multifamily lease-up projects to drive occupancy growth and lead generation. Manage digital campaigns across Google, social media, and WordPress while optimizing lead nurturing workflows via CRM and AI tools.

Requirements

Requires at least 3 years of experience in multifamily lease-up marketing with hands-on expertise in Google Ads, WordPress, and CRM automation. Must possess strong analytical skills and professional English proficiency (C1/C2) while being able to work CST business hours.
