Responsibilities

Manage commercial activities, cost control, and quantity surveying from pre-construction to completion for high-rise and villa projects. Responsibilities include preparing BOQs, monitoring variations, and managing subcontractor payments and contracts.

Requirements

Candidates need a degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering with experience ranging from 2 to 8+ years depending on the seniority level. Experience in UAE contracting and high-rise residential projects is highly preferred.
