Data & Technical Support Officer (Outsource)

Responsible for the operation, quality, and governance of document management and retention systems, specifically iServer and Munazzam. Acts as the primary liaison between GPPD, IT teams, and business users to ensure system stability and policy accuracy.

Requires a bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of professional experience, preferably within a banking or financial institution. Must possess strong technical expertise in document management systems and governance workflows.
