Project Manager, Roads & Highways (Arabic Speaker)

Provide direction and management for medium-sized roads and highways infrastructure projects to ensure on-schedule and under-budget completion. Oversee all business, technical, fiscal, and administrative functions, including budgeting, invoicing, and the establishment of project management plans.

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and a minimum of 10 years of related work experience. Candidates must be fluent in both Arabic and English and possess strong leadership and communication skills.
