Responsibilities
Provide high-level administrative and coordination support to the Office of His Excellency the Under Secretary, including managing calendars and official schedules. Handle official correspondence, prepare executive documents in Arabic and English, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
Requires 3–5 years of experience in executive administration, preferably within a UAE Federal Government or Royal Office. Must be professionally proficient in Arabic and experienced in managing executive workflows and high-level meetings.
