Responsibilities

Oversee 24x7 hub terminal operations, ensuring safety, security, and on-time performance while managing third-party supplier SLAs. Coordinate with the Network Operations Centre and Hub Control Centre to deliver operational plans and maintain guest experience standards.

Requirements

Requires a minimum degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience in airline or ground handling passenger services. Preference is given to candidates with experience in a supervisory or management capacity.
