Responsibilities
The Fiber Engineer plans and supervises the deployment of fiber optic cables for real-time DAS and DTS data acquisition in production and injection wells. They are responsible for the full operational cycle, including splicing, system configuration, and real-time data quality control.
Requirements
Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field and at least 6 years of experience in oilfield DFOS operations. Proficiency in fusion splicing and experience with multiple interrogator systems are required.
