Guest Services Associate

Greet guests, manage entry queues, and process ticket sales and payments using a POS system. Proactively resolve guest concerns and promote additional services to enhance the visitor experience and drive revenue.

Requires a higher secondary education and at least one year of experience in a guest or customer service setting. Must have cash handling experience and the ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions.
