Responsibilities

Lead and deliver strategic transformation initiatives to improve business performance, operating models, and organizational capability across Dubai Airports. Coordinate end-to-end delivery plans across digital, data, and operational workstreams while managing senior stakeholder alignment and governance.

Requirements

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Strategy, Business, or a related field with 5-7 years of experience in Change Management or Transformation. Candidates should hold certifications such as CCMP, Prosci, Prince2, or PMP and have a proven track record of leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
