Project Control Manager

Lead all project control functions including planning, scheduling, and cost control for a major luxury residential development. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery through accurate reporting and risk mitigation.

Requires 15-20 years of construction experience with deep expertise in Primavera P6 and large-scale residential projects. A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is preferred, along with strong analytical and leadership skills.
