Responsibilities

Lead post-contract commercial management for a major development in Abu Dhabi, including cost control, budget reporting, and payment certification. Supervise a Project Surveyor and manage contract administration, change requests, and claims to reduce financial exposure.

Requirements

Requires a degree in Quantity Surveying or Engineering, with MRICS certification being desirable and a minimum of 10 years of experience on large-scale projects. Must possess a UAE driving license and vehicle for daily site travel.
