Principal Engineer - Highways

Responsibilities

Lead the design and delivery of major highway and road infrastructure projects, including expressways and urban roads, across the UAE and Middle East. Provide technical authority and leadership to multidisciplinary teams while managing client relationships and mentoring junior engineers.

Requirements

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with over 15 years of experience in highway design and a strong track record of leading major GCC infrastructure projects. Professional Engineer status and proficiency in regional standards (RTA, DM, ADM) and digital delivery tools are strongly preferred.
