Responsibilities

Coordinate tenant development and fit-out activities across mobility hubs to ensure alignment with technical, safety, and design standards. Manage stakeholder relationships and regulatory approvals to enable seamless tenant activation and protect asset quality.

Requirements

Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, business, real estate, or architecture with at least 8 years of experience in property development or retail fit-out. Must possess strong technical knowledge of MEP, HSE compliance, and project management tools.
