Chief Steward

Oversee stewarding operations to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation standards across all kitchen and food service areas. Manage stewarding staff, equipment, and inventory to ensure efficient hotel operations and compliance with health regulations.

Requires 3-5 years of stewarding experience in a hospitality environment with strong knowledge of hygiene and safety standards. A high school diploma is required, and HACCP knowledge or hospitality certification is preferred.
