Responsibilities

Manage all Kids Club operations, including hiring, training, and scheduling staff while ensuring a safe and clean environment for children. Develop engaging activities and maintain professional communication with parents regarding their children's behavior and needs.

Requirements

Requires 2-3 years of managerial experience, preferably in a 4-5 star hotel setting. Preferred certifications include Child Care, Pediatric First Aid, Child Rights and Protection, and Accessibility training.
