Planning Manager

The Planning Manager is responsible for developing and managing strategic project schedules from initiation to completion, specifically for hospitality and mixed-use developments. This includes monitoring progress via earned value tools, managing contractor schedules, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure project feasibility.

Candidates should hold a degree in construction management or civil engineering with at least 10 years of planning experience, including 5 years in the region. Proven experience in heritage, hotel, or cultural projects and professional chartership are highly desired.
