Responsibilities

Oversee the planning, coordination, and governance of platform changes and releases within a large-scale ServiceNow environment. Ensure all changes are documented, validated, and deployed with minimal risk to production stability.

Requirements

Requires 6-10+ years of experience in change or release management with a strong understanding of ServiceNow deployment lifecycles. ITIL certification is preferred, and experience with a Center of Excellence (CoE) model is a plus.
