The Spa Specialist supports vital spa functions by managing reservations, checking in guests, and processing payments. They are responsible for promoting spa services and retail while ensuring a professional and memorable guest experience.

A high school diploma or GED is preferred, and no prior related work experience or supervisory experience is required. Candidates must be able to perform physical tasks, including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 pounds with assistance.
