Senior Financial Accountant (Owners Association/Community Management)

Manage the complete accounting function for Owners Associations, including budgeting, service charge invoicing via the Mollak system, and financial reporting. Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and STRATA law while managing collections and VAT filings.

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and at least 3 years of experience in Owners Association or Property Management accounting. Must be proficient in the Mollak system, UAE VAT laws, and advanced Microsoft Excel.
