Project Coordinator

Coordinate all phases of the project lifecycle for branded residential and hospitality developments from concept to handover. Act as the primary liaison between internal departments, external consultants, hotel operators, and contractors to ensure alignment with brand and regulatory standards.

Requires extensive experience in managing design consultants and the complete project lifecycle within high-end real estate. Candidates must be proactive, solution-focused, and capable of managing stakeholders with conflicting priorities.
