Responsibilities

The consultant will conduct customer research and use design thinking to translate business challenges into innovative outcomes for clients. They are also responsible for supporting business development efforts and delivering service design artefacts across the UAE and KSA.

Requirements

Candidates must have an undergraduate or master's degree and at least 2 to 4 years of experience in customer research, service design, or experience consulting. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Suite, Miro, and Figma is required.
