VP Learning & Development (UAE National)

Lead the strategic development and implementation of global holistic learning programs to foster a culture of continuous improvement. Partner with senior stakeholders to design innovative training solutions and manage the organization's Learning Management System and budget.

Requires a bachelor's degree and at least 15 years of experience in Learning and Development, preferably within the banking and finance industry. Must possess expert skills in instructional design, stakeholder influencing, and the administration of learning technologies.
