Responsibilities

Coordinate and lead daily shop-floor production activities to ensure safe, timely, and compliant execution of production plans. Manage manpower, material flow, and system updates while resolving technical issues to maintain operational efficiency.

Requirements

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 3-5 years of experience in production, manufacturing, or technical assembly. Preference is given to candidates with experience in regulated environments like aerospace or defense and proficiency in ERP/SAP systems.
