The role focuses on designing career pathways and competency frameworks for technical product and digital teams. Additionally, it provides generalist HR support covering the employee lifecycle, employee relations, and data-driven workforce insights.

Candidates must have solid HRBP experience with a proven track record of partnering with technical teams and designing capability models. Knowledge of organizational design and agile workflows is essential, with GCC labor law familiarity being a plus.
