Responsibilities
Manage incidents related to Point of Sale (POS) systems and retail applications to ensure resolution within agreed SLAs. Coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) while collaborating with business users and IT vendors.
Requirements
Requires a Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science and 4 years of experience in IT support focusing on POS systems. Proficiency in incident management tools and Dynamics 365 fundamentals is expected.
