Senior Manager – Facilities

Lead and oversee facilities management operations across multiple retail and commercial property portfolios to ensure efficient maintenance and engineering services. Develop strategic policies, manage large-scale budgets, and lead technical teams to maintain asset reliability and business continuity.

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management or Engineering with over 15 years of experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role. Preferred qualifications include a CFM certification and health and safety certifications like NEBOSH or IOSH.
