Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain Guest Room Management Systems (GRMS) and integrated AV components. Perform routine inspections, troubleshoot hardware/software faults, and coordinate with IT and Facilities teams to ensure system readiness.
Requirements
Requires a diploma or certification in Electrical Engineering or AV Technology with 2-4 years of experience in hospitality or entertainment environments. Proficiency in control systems like Crestron and protocols such as DMX and DALI is preferred.
