Recruitment Manager - Physicians

Manages the end-to-end recruitment, licensing, and onboarding of physicians for the hospital and its satellite clinics. Leads workforce planning and implements innovative digital sourcing strategies to attract top medical talent while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Requires a Bachelor's degree in HR or Healthcare Administration and at least eight years of healthcare recruitment experience, including three years in the UAE. Must possess deep knowledge of DHA licensing, UAE Labour Law, and JCIA accreditation standards.
