Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive market valuations for various asset classes and prepare professional reports in line with RICS and RERA standards. Establish the valuation function by recruiting and mentoring junior valuers while managing relationships with banks and government authorities.

Requirements

Requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, RICS Registered Valuer status, and RERA registration with a minimum of 5 years of UAE property valuation experience. Must possess a valid driving license and a Dubai Police Good Conduct Certificate.
