Lead site-based pre and post contract cost management activities, including measurement, quantification, and financial reporting. Evaluate claims, negotiate variation orders, and manage final account settlements in coordination with design and construction teams.
Requirements
Requires a degree in Quantity Surveying or Engineering with 5-8 years of experience in large-scale infrastructure and housing projects. Professional certification (MRICS) and high proficiency in English are preferred.
