Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day showroom operations to meet sales targets and drive team performance through coaching and strategic planning. Supervise the entire sales process and manage KPIs, customer satisfaction scores, and trade-in assessments.

Requirements

Requires at least 5 years of automotive retail experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role, preferably with volume car brands. Candidates should have deep knowledge of the Fujairah market and proficiency in CRM tools.
