Responsibilities

Lead the stewarding team in maintaining cleanliness and organization across F&B restaurants, kitchens, and storage areas. Supervise the delivery and setup of equipment for banquet functions while ensuring all safety and service standards are met.

Requirements

Candidates must be able to supervise a team and ensure strict adherence to OSH and food safety regulatory frameworks. Proficiency in managing equipment maintenance and coordinating with culinary and restaurant management is required.
