Responsibilities

Coordinate the mobilization and demobilization of offshore survey, diving, and subsea personnel while ensuring full certification compliance. Manage crew travel, rotations, and documentation in coordination with vessel owners and logistics providers.

Requirements

Requires a degree in Maritime Studies, HR, or Business with 3-6 years of experience in offshore or oil & gas crewing. Must have strong knowledge of STCW, MLC 2006, and experience with crewing management software.
