Chief Risk Officer

The Chief Risk Officer leads the independent Risk Management function, overseeing enterprise-wide risks including credit, operational, and regulatory risks for a CBUAE-regulated company. The role is responsible for maintaining the Risk Appetite Framework and providing independent challenge and reporting to the Board and senior management.

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Risk Management, or a related field, with a Master's or professional certifications like FRM or CFA preferred. Candidates must have 12–15 years of risk management experience within financial services, specifically in regulated lending or banking environments.
