Responsibilities
The Quantity Surveyor is responsible for accurate cost management, site measurements, and the preparation of Bills of Quantities for villa and high-rise projects. They will track variations, manage subcontractor payments, and ensure strong documentation hygiene across all construction stages.
Requirements
Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering and 7-10 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in MS Excel, QS software, and a working knowledge of FIDIC clauses are required.
